    1. First, apply for the QTIC Tourism Business Digital Adaption Program. We will email a link when the grant opens.

    2. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation letter with the date of approval.

    1. Choose RAMMP as your provider.

    2. Email your approval letter to RAMMP.

    3. We will send you an email with next steps.

    1. Once you have paid for your RAMMP subscription, fill out the QTIC Rebate Claim Form, and attach the document package you receive from RAMMP.

    2. Your package will contain:

      • Copy of the RAMMP Invoice. This is for the value of the RAMMP services.

      • Proof of Payment.

Getting started with RAMMP.

  • This only takes around 15 minutes, and allows us to train your custom RAMMP Bot. Follow the instructions here.

  • Forward your QTIC approval letter to us at hello@rammp.com, and we will organise your invoice and document package so you can complete your QTIC claim.

  • We will organise a 30-minute onboarding session for your team to get you started and provide access to monthly group coaching sessions.

  • The QTIC Tourism Business Digital Adaption Program offers a $2,500 grant to support Queensland-based tourism operators in enhancing their digital marketing and business capabilities. This grant can be used with approved suppliers, like RAMMP.

  • Yes, you do need a paid subscription to chatGPT to run RAMMP custom bots.

    The $USD20/month subscription is adequate, you don’t need teams workspace.

    A side benefit of using paid chatGPT is that your data will not be used to train the chatGPT models - anything inside your bot, and anything you create with the bot is completely private to you.

  • All QLD Based Tourism Operators with less than 200 staff are eligible (check the criteria here).
